管理员经常用 EFK 来管理 Kubernetes 日志。但当把 ELK 用于管理多租户 Kubernetes 环境的日志时，会遇到一些问题比如：无法做到只允许用户访问该用户有权访问的日志。

Fluentd 擅长日志聚合，而 Fluent Bit 在日志收集方面更有效。
设置 Fluent Bit 选项比较繁琐，需要一些领域特定的知识，这正是 Operator 模式能发挥作用的地方。因此，我们开发了 FluentBit Operator. 用户只需运行一个命令 "kubectl edit fluentbit fluent-bit" 便可更新 Fluent Bit 配置，然后由 FluentBit Operator 负责其余操作，包括更改 Fluent Bit 配置，打开/关闭日志收集和重新加载 Fluent Bit 配置，无需重新创建整个 Fluent Bit DaemonSet 等。

在这次演讲中，来自 QingCloud KubeSphere 团队的工程师将与大家探讨多租户 Kubernetes 环境的日志管理以及 FluentBit Operator.
